“A Beautiful Day at the Cotswolds That Tastes for More!”

Beginning of May ’17 we visited the Cotswolds with Cotswolds Mystery Tour. We were enchanted by the beauty of the area, the villages, the houses and its nature. We spend an entire day driving around and visiting very nice places. The entire tour was well organized, there was no rushing and had plenty of time to take some nice picture and wander around. As being non-native English speaking, we also appreciated the explanations Becky gave us about the Cotswolds and its history. Clearly spoken, not too fast and very understandable for us. It was a day we will long remember and it certainly is something we would like to do again. After seeing the info on the Secret Cottage tour and knowing how nice and professional Becky is running these tours with her team, I placed this tour on my wish list. “When Mystery Turns into Magical”

I highly recommend this amazing tour to those who are looking to experience the typical English countryside and see wonderful non-touristic villages and sights. Becky, the tour guide, provides great insights and information about the Cotswolds and brings you to places that makes you feel like you’re in a fairytale. She’s really a lovely person and her easy-going personality adds even more to this magical tour. I won’t forget this unique experience I had in this enchanting region of England. Thankyou Becky, I hope to come back one day with friends or family members. Jean – June 2017

“Mystery Tour Amazing”

The weather was overcast and showers on the day however Becky arrived to pick us up at the station in an up beat manner , what a delight! The weather didn’t hinder our day.
Seriously I could write paragraphs about our day but no I don’t won’t to spoil it for you. Her knowledge about the local area was amazing, the car was very comfortable and our stops for morning tea and lunch were great. The rest of the tour was something out of a movie, just magic. It was a high light of our trip to England. Would I do the tour again, YES. Beverley – June 2017

“Outstanding Cotswolds Tour”

We recently took a day trip by train from London touring the Cotswolds as part of a Cotswolds Mystery tour. Our guide Tim, greeted us at Morton station and took us to so many quaint villages that were over 500 years old, the day seemed so long considering is was only a six hour tour. His great sense of humour and the ability to answer numerous questions throughout the day, made it a day that I’ll remember, because it was like going out with family and friends. He drove through some private estates and one was owned by a Lord, we practically went up to the front door! He took our order for lunch and phoned ahead so that we minimised the time in the pub, no queuing, we sat at our reserved table and the service and food were fabulous. We can’t say enough about this tour, yes you’re with other people (7 in total) but that day we were three couples and one single traveller, we were sad to leave each other at the end of the day, like old friends. We thoroughly recommend you take this tour, bring a good camera and be prepared for surprise after surprise in this beautiful part of England. Antonia – June 2017
